All:
Just a bit more info. My wife Tina
was able to talk to Bob's Mom.
Yes, unfortunately, Bob's passing is
confirmed.
Bob apparently died in his home sometime between Saturday,
when he last talked to a neighbor, and Tuesday when a family member found
his body. There is no idea about the cause of death, but nothing was
mentioned about foul play, so it seems likely that Bob died of natural
causes.
Tina also talked to Kerry (who sent the original message
that I forwarded). Bob was supposed to have dinner with Kerry and his wife
on Saturday, but wasn't feeling well and so begged off.
There is
currently no timetable for a service. Bob's body is still at the coroner.
The family is being steadily surprised at all of the organizations...
and people... Bob was involved with as the word of Bob's death has
spread.
Bob's sister is planning to attend the Saturday breakfast at
Big Daddy's.
If/as we learn more, I'll post it.
Thanks,
Steve
